7D Inc. is a global company with a multinational culture that is capable of providing design services in all disciplines, from Project Development, Strategic Planning, Investment Planning to Masterplan, Feasibility studies as BIM (Building Information Modelling) LOD 500.

7D's general philosophy is to create value in the projects it participates in. It has a working principle that prioritizes creating value for employers, clients, users, and those living within the project.

The founding partners & members of 7D have 50 years of professional experience and international experience. They have gained very strong experience as investment planners, project developers, master planners, designers in all disciplines, construction contractors, project and construction managers of 279 important projects in 44 countries. In addition, the founding partners can undertake the operations of these facilities with their experience in their fields. This situation also provides the ability to reflect a very broad vision and perspective to the projects.

7D's Founding Partners & Members; 1.5 million square meters of construction contracting experience and over 150 million square meters of investment planning, project development, strategic planning, masterplanning, design services in all disciplines and have operating experience of similar facilities. In this process, 7D has become a multicultural global company thanks to working with stakeholders in various countries with significant global presence.
